 ‘We were both overjoyed by the fantastic decoration and layout that Dovetail produced for our big day: the simple but striking effect of the hot pink gave the marquee an elegant feel as soon as you walked in. The girls had thought of every detail: even the entrance had been dressed to maximum effect, giving every guest an initial wow factor as they entered, only to be then be blown away by the interior.

The impact of the design continued from day into night, with a mirage of fairy lights lighting up the foliage and flowers around the entrance arch; illuminated hanging lanterns on the ceiling of the marquee; and delicate twinkling trees.

We asked for something that little bit different and Dovetail definitely pulled out all the stops. You helped us to celebrate a special day in real style with your flare and imagination.

The Client Our clients were a couple getting married in the heart of the Warwickshire countryside. They have a passion for fun, champagne and all things outdoors and wished to create a relaxed and intimate setting for their wedding reception. With the help of The Perfect Marquee and Event Company, we were able to create the perfect romantic and vibrant wedding venue.		The Challenge The challenge was to meet the couple's expectations while ensuring the design was not overly feminine or overpowering. We also had to work in collaboration with other companies and suppliers such as florists, the marquee company and the venue in order to ensure everything was perfect on the day.
The Brief The happy couple wanted a wedding with a difference! They asked us to create a space and ambience that would best reflect their lively and colourful personalities. It was to be feminine and romantic, very eye catching and impactful; but most importantly relaxed and fun. With the chosen theme of hot pink, the basis for our interior was all set.		The Feedback Besides sourcing many of the specific items required, many of the items were hired directly from Dovetail, providing the client with a professionally designed wedding well within their budget. This also freed up the clients’ time and effort; delegating what can often be a stressful and long winded process ensured that they were able to enjoy the run up to their very special day.
